We offer soft play hire within a 10 mile radius of BH2. For areas outside of this, we may still accommodate your booking with an additional mileage charge.

All rentals are based on 2 hours, for anything longer we will charge extra per hour. We will always try to accommodate longer bookings where possible but this is determined on whether we have any other bookings to fulfil. Please note we require 1 hour set up and 1 hour pack away.

Yes, we have £2 million public and product liability insurance. This covers any accidents caused by faulty equipment but does not cover injuries caused by misuse. The hirer must ensure adult supervision is provided at all times.

Payment via Stripe when booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The full payment by BACSis due 72 hours before your event.

Yes please! We need a parking space close to the venue for loading and unloading the equipment.

Setup usually takes up to 1 hour, and we allow the same amount of time for packing away. Please factor this in when booking.

We ensure all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with Dew toy and surface cleaner before and after each hire. Your safety is our top priority!

Yes, you can add extra time to your booking subject to availability. Just let us know in advance so we can adjust the schedule.

While we offer a variety of packages, we can discuss customising your booking with selected props based on your needs.

Our soft play equipment is designed for indoor use, but if the weather is great, and a covered, dry area is available, we can set it up outside. We don’t accept outdoor bookings without shelter due to the risk of rain.

The required space depends on the package you choose. We provide soft play mats with every package that can be arranged in various ways. Let us know if space is a concern, and we’ll tailor the setup to your needs.

If you cancel at least 28 days before your event, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel later, we’ll retain 50% of the package price. However, you can transfer your deposit to a new date within 6 months (subject to availability).
